On average, your order will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days of placing the order. Thank you for your patience; Alex Blom Creates is a one woman show and I am working as quickly as possible to get your happy mail out to new forever homes! U.S. orders are shipped through USPS or UPS and take about 2-5 business days days in transit to arrive to most domestic addresses. During peak seasons or large launches, shipping may be delayed due to an influx of packages moving through the postal service. 

We do not offer returns, cancellations or exchanges.

If there is something wrong with your order, send us an email at alexblomcreates@gmail.com so we can help! Emails must be sent within 30 days of receiving your purchase. All sales are final, please be sure to review your order details and shipping information before completing your purchase. You will not be able to make changes after. 

You will receive an automated email with your tracking number when your order label is first created in our system! Please note the tracking information will read "USPS awaiting item" for all domestic packages until the order is packaged and dropped off at the post office. Once the package is dropped off and scanned in at the post office, the tracking info will update. Most U.S. orders’ transit time is 2-5 business days. If you do not receive a tracking email, reach out to us below! 

Machine wash cold and inside out for the best results. Tie-dyed items might bleed the first few washes, so wash alone or with like colors. Air dry items or tumble dry on low & enjoy! The best part about our tees is that they just get cozier the more they are worn!

All tee shirts and sweatshirts are a unisex fit unless otherwise stated, and our tees run slightly oversized. Refer to our sizing highlight on Instagram to view try-on videos for a variety of products, or check out the product's description for more specific sizing measurements!

If you place an order that contains a pre-order, the order will ship when the pre-ordered items are ready to ship, as noted in the product's description. If your order contained pre-ordered and non pre-ordered items, the order will ship all at once when the pre-orders are ready to ship. Please note that details and timelines regarding pre-orders are always stated in each product's description.

If your order was returned to sender due to an incorrect address, or if your order requires a new address to be shipped to, you will be recharged the shipping rate to get your order shipped out to you. If you do not wish to repay for shipping, you will be refunded for your order minus the cost of shipping and up to a $5 service and restocking fee. The refund will be given as a gift card.

Please double check your shipping information before checking out as we are unable to modify or cancel orders after they are placed.

Yes! International shipping is available and delivery can take between 1-2 months, although most deliveries occur within the 28-38 day window. Customers are responsible for any custom fees required to receive your item in your country. International shipping is automatically calculated at checkout using live rates from USPS and UPS. We know that it can be expensive to ship internationally and appreciate you wanting to rep ABC across the globe!
